Philadelphia Summer Intensive

Intensive Dates: August 1 - August 7
Concert Performances: Saturday, August 6, 2pm & 7:30pm
Auditions: May 6 - 7, June 25, July 8 - 9

The summer performing arts intensive is the heart and soul of Broadway Dreams. Students accepted through an audition process participate in a week-long workshop receiving personal instruction from Broadway performers on acting, vocal technique, song selection and theatrical dance.

Beyond just instruction, students will get a new headshot taken, have assistance with resume format and audition before a panel of Broadway casting directors and agents. The intensive concludes with a Broadway - revue concert starring students and their Broadway idols.

Auditions
Friday, May 6, 7:30pm - 9:30pm
Saturday, May 7, 3pm - 6pm (Scholarship & Regular Auditions)
Saturday, June 25, 2pm - 6pm
Friday, July 8, 5pm - 10pm
Saturday, July 9, 9:30am - 5:30pm

Auditions will take place in Merck Arts Education Center on tier two of the Kimmel Center.
Bring 2 - 3 copies of your resumé and headshot along with track for your music.
Prepare 16 - 32 bars of music with a track.
Auditions are free. Summer Intensive camp tuition fee is $895.

Choose one of the five audition dates, and send an email to auditions@mybroadwaydreams.com with your selection.
You will be contacted to schedule a specific time for your audition.
Upon a successful audition, you will be instructed on how to submit payment.
